The 2024 SLO County Housing Summit is happening this Thursday, March 14th. Our own Aaryn Abbott will participate on a speaker panel addressing Central Coast housing and infrastructure. With over two decades of experience helping to create more than 1,000 single and multi-family homes, Aaryn is excited to share his insights.

The Housing Summit provides a meaningful opportunity for the community to exchange ideas focused on supporting Central Coast housing. Topics will include supply challenges, affordable housing and projects focused on delivering a wide range of housing options. Included will be discussion of the Mesa Trails project, which creates 313 residential units (240 market rate and 73 affordable) and recently received unanimous approval at the San Luis Obispo Planning Commission.
