We’re proud to have been the builder behind THREE award-winning projects that showcase our commitment to innovative, high-quality developments in the Central Coast region. Here’s a spotlight on each:
Gran Cielo de Vina Robles (liveatgrancielo.com) – Gold Medal Winner for “Best Builder Planned Community.” As the listing brokerage for lot sales and preferred builder, we shaped the branding and created a streamlined, pre-planned custom home program for this gated community in Paso Robles. Featuring 42 one-acre parcels, it’s designed for luxurious, personalized living.
Vintage at SLO – Gold Medal Winner for “Best Apartment Complex.” We entitled, developed, and served as General Contractor for this 105-unit community in San Luis Obispo, completed in 2020. It’s a testament to our expertise in creating vibrant, modern multifamily spaces.
Twin Creeks – Silver Medal Winner for “Best Apartment Complex.” As General Contractor, we delivered this 98-unit community in San Luis Obispo, with Phase 1 completed in 2021 and Phase 2 in 2024. Focused on comfort and community, it’s another example of our dedication to excellence.
