Abbott | Reed is pleased to partner with Capstone Commercial Properties, Inc. and the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo on the Mesa Trails apartments project. With 313 apartment units, including 240 market rate and 73 affordable apartments for seniors and families, the project accommodates a wide range of incomes. Mesa Trails focuses on providing housing that strengthens the community and encourages thriving lifestyles.
The project received unanimous approval at the County of San Luis Obispo Planning Commission on February 22nd with zero public opposition. We are grateful to RRM Design Group, SWCA Environmental Consultants and Walsh Engineering for their expertise, which makes this project possible. We are eager to move forward with the mission of achieving a quality and timely build of Mesa Trails to bring much needed housing to the Central Coast.
